    The least factor which is likely to affect the results and interpretation of functional MRI is prescription medication.

    MRI due to use of strong magnet it cannot be used on patients with neuro stimulators, bone-growth stimulators, cochlear implants, implanted drug infusion pumps, and implanted pacemakers.

    A pregnant woman cannot be done MRI because the harmful increase of temperature in the amniotic fluid.

    It is not recommended for patients who have epilepsy.
