If the label says "made with active cultures," are we always getting the benefits of active bacterial cultures? A) Yes, since the yogurt had to be made with live, active cultures. B) If the yogurt has been refrigerated the live cultures are still present. Eliminate C) If the yogurt has not been heat-treated the live cultures are still present. D) No; yogurt sold in stores is free from living bacteria as it may make you sick.

    If the label says "made with active cultures", A. Yes, since the yogurt had to be made with love, active cultures. Surprisingly, yogurt are made from bacteria. Hence, the type of bacteria it is made from doesn't make us sick. Bacteria are also good for the body growth.
