Night blooming flowers are white where as day blooming are brightly coloured

There is a simple reason behind this really that is day flowers need to be colorful in order to attract the animals and insects that act as vectors for its pollen, however Night flowers do not need to attract insects and animals through colors and have little to know colored pigmentation.
