    An animal traveling at 3mm/h east increased his velocity to 5 mm/h east in one hour. What was the animal's acceleration?

    Acceleration = velocity/time

    velocity=5mm = 0.005m

    time = 1 hour = 60 seconds

    A = 0.005/60

    Acceleration = 0.000083m/s square
