    TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure)

TDEE may be defined as the daily energy expenditure of the body. The amount of energy requires from the physical activity and basal metabolism of the body. TDEE is always higher than the BMR. TDEE of the body may be affected by the weight gain or weight loss.
