There are two kingdoms of prokaryotes - Eubacteria and Archaea. This group includes unicellular organisms without a nucleus and organelles. Both kingdoms do not have nuclei but they have cell walls. The difference between these two kingdoms is in the structure of their cell walls. Archaea have cell walls made of uncommon lipids while bacteria have cell walls made of peptidoglycan.
