    In my opinion, the correct answer among the choices listed above is option D. According to the phylogenetic tree, Eukarya evolve from the domain of Archaea. Although, they have a lot of differences, they still share some similarities. Archaea possess genes and some metabolic pathways that are closely-related to the Eukarya.
