Hello. This question is incomplete. The full question is:

"The biodiversity of which species is most likely the first one impacted by an oil spill along the coast : A seabirds and others that swim close to the shoreline B shrimp and others that live on the sea floor C sharks and those living away from the coast in open waters D whales and those that migrate long distance"

    Answer:

    A. seabirds and others that swim close to the shoreline

    Explanation:

As you know, oil is a nonpolar substance and does not mix with water. For this reason, if an oil spill occurred along the coast, animals that live on the seabed, shrimp, sharks, animals that live far from the shore in open waters, whales and those animals that migrate for long distances, would not be the most affected, although they could suffer from it.

The animals that would be most affected in this case would be sea birds and others that swim near the coast, because they would be in direct contact with the oil that can be toxic and harm your organism in grandiose ways.
