    There are actually 2 kinds of minerals mainly in our human bone. They're calcium and phosphorus.

    There are also other types of minerals, but they're in very small amounts. Mainly are those 2.

    We can take in these 2 minerals by eating food such as diary foods, meat, eggs etc.

    Also, if we have a lack of intake of calcium or phosphorus, one of the deficiency disease can be rickets, like soft bones, legs may bend outside as a child or bones may crack easily in adults.
