Two students are doing an experiment. They mix 40 grams of baking soda with 23 grams of vinegar inside a closed container and watch it react. How many grams of product should they expect to have when the reaction stops?

    63 grams is the correct answer and to get that is simple. All you have to do is add the given numbers. Since nothing disolved or she didn't pour anything out you don't have to divide or subtract anything. So you're simply going to use addition and the final answer is
