There can be several factors that can affect blood flow like viscosity, blood pressure, etc.

    Explanation:

The rate of flow of blood changes through the human body in response to many factors like viscosity, blood volume, blood vessel diameter.

The viscosity of the blood is inversely proportional to the blood flow rate. Higher the viscosity of the blood lower will be the blood flow. Blood pressure is directly proportional to blood flow which means if blood pressure is high the rate of blood flow will be more.

If the diameter of blood vessel is more than the blood flow rate will be less and if the diameter is less than the blood flow in will be more. Therefore the rate of blood flow is dependent on many factors in humans.
