    Temporal lobe

    Explanation:

The brain is an important component of the Central Nervous System (CNS) that controls thought, vision, memory, taste, smell, breathing etc. regulated in our body

However, the brain consists of parts that are each specialized to handle one or more of these functions. Each side of our brain contains functional parts called lobes, which are four in number.

    1) Frontal lobe; which is the largest part of the brain located at the anterior (front) part of the head. It is responsible for an individual's intellect, personality traits, emotions etc. and also voluntary movements.

    2) Parietal lobe; which is located in the mid-part of the brain. It is directly involved in taste, touch, temperature, and spatial relationship (comparison of one's body to surrounding objects) of an individual.

    3) Occipital lobe; which is situated at the posterior or hind part of the brain. It is mainly responsible for vision.

    4) Temporal lobe; which is located at the side of the head, above the ears. It is involved in the memory, speech, and ability to comprehend etc.
