A new experimental drug has been invented that has the potential to cure patients who are dying from leukemia. If the drug has not yet been authorized for use, would it be ethical for a doctor to use it in order to save his patients?

    D. If they don't know it isn't safe, because it hasn't been tested yet they have to have consent to use a medication that has unknown affects.
