What is the chemical energy produced by cells in cell respiration? how is energy released from this molecule? how is it formed from adp?

    The chemical produced is ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Energy is released from this molecule when it gets hydrolysed into ADP and an inorganic phosphate molecule and the bond between a phosphate and the ATP is broken (which releases lots of energy). It is formed from ADP by adding an inorganic phosphate molecule to it. This is called phosphorylation.
