A lot of people think that ice is not a mineral. In my opinion ice is a mineral just like Quartz is. Ice is a naturally occurring compound. Ice carry's a defined chemical formula. It also has a crystal structure, this structure makes it a legitimate mineral. So yes ice can be considered a mineral!
