    ADH secretion will be high.

    she will need to absorb more water, and ADH increases the number of aquaporin channels in the collecting duct, allowing for more water to be reabsorbed rather than excreted in the urine

    I don't think it will be affected it only is affected when, our brains release ADH, anti-diuretic hormone, to slow down kidney function and stop us feeling the need to urinate during the night
