    Sanger sequencing, also known as the chain termination method, is a technique for DNA sequencing based upon selective incorporation of chain terminating dedeoxynucleotides by DNA polymerase during in vitro DNA replication. The reagents required are Primer, PCR product, water, 5x Buffer, BDT v3.1:0.5 ul.
