    I feel that the best statetement from the ones mentioned is the following: Plants can synthesize all twenty amino acids. Humans must eat plants to obtain twelve of these amino acids. The first part of the sentence is definitely true, as plants (and bacteria) can synthesize all 20 aminoacids. The second part is more complicated, as humans can synthesize 11 out of the 20 amininoacids - but it's nonetheless the closes option (the correct statement would be with 9 instead of 12)
