What is the word we use to describe the direction DNA strands go (in comparison to each other) ?

    Okazaki Fragments. I think it is called Ligation, but I don't really know.

    They are anti-parallel. There is a 5' and 3' direction. Each of these must line up with the opposite. 5' with 3' and 3' with 5'.
