Assuming you mean "how did evolution start?"
Evolution started as soon as bacteria started to populate space every time a cell makes a new cell the new cell is slightly diffrent continue a couple million years (estimate) and you start seeing fish when the fish repopulate the baby fish has the genes of the parent fish that are slightly different its the same for all animals (And humans) today.
