The answer is the cerebrum. It is sometimes called the telencephalon, is the biggest and most extremely advanced part of the human brain. It covers about two-thirds of the brain form and lies over and from place to place most of the structures of the brain. The cerebrum is separated into right and left hemispheres that are joined by the corpus callosum.
