    Stage REM Sleep

    Explanation:

According to the AASM (American Association for Sleep Medicine), the sleep has five stages. The first is the stage of wakefulness when you are starting to feel drowsy. Then the stage N1 is the transition into sleep: the breath becomes shallow, and the body doesn't move or just a little. In stage N2 the physiological function of the body start to decrease and is more difficult to wake up than the stage before. The next stage is the N3, which is the stage when is more difficult to wake up from all stages because is the deepest sleep, and in this stage, the movement of the eyes stops. The last stage is REM, (rapid eye movements), in this stage the brain is more active but the body is paralyzed.
