What about a water molecule make it a polar molecule?

    in water molecule, hydrogen is bond with oxygen, which is more electronegative element. the oxygen attract the electron itself and then negative charge is form on oxygen and on hydrogen positive charge is formed due to which two poles are formed thatswhy it is a polar molecule.
