    Selective breeding is when people use animals or plants to selective develop phenotypic traits. Cloning is producing similar populations of genetically developed identical individuals. Genetic Engineering is manipulation of organisms genes using biotech. DNA Fingerprinting is process of determining an individuals DNA characteristics called a DNA profile that is likely to be different in unrelated individuals. Purpose of the HGP was to provide a complete actual sequence of 3 billion DNA base pairs that make up genomes in humans.
