You are looking at a tissue under a microscope. One cell shows have the amount of DNA of some of the other cells. This cell is most likley to be in which phase of the cell cycle?

    The cell with half the amount of DNA is most likely in phase G1 of the cell cycle. G1 phase is the first growth period of the cell cycle, during interphase, in which the cell grows and cytoplasmic organelles are replicated.
