Toxicity of doxorubicin can be identified by abnomalitied incardiac rhythm. Doxorubicin is known to be cardiotoxic. This is seen in the inconsistent electrocardiography (ECG) abnomalities. Alopecia can at times be confused with being a toxic effect of doxorubicin but it is a side effect.

    Abnormalities in cardiac rhythm

Doxorubicin is cardiotoxic, which is manifested by transient ECG abnormalities. Alopecia is an expected side effect of doxorubicin, not a toxic effect.
