The level of thyroxine is below normal, but the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyroid-releasing hormone (TRH) are above normal.     Find a doctor and have her levels tested again to be able to give the right medicine for her thyroid problem two types of thyroid meds
