If the hypothesis is wrong they can recreate it again, or if they try many recreations, it can be just consider as a wrong hypothesis

If the hypothesis is wrong, it doesn't exactly mean it is a failed experiment. Many scientists have failed their hypothesis and studied their data/facts to record a new hypothesis.
