    B. Using the meat slicer without cleaning between the different deli meats

    Explanation:

After cleaning the dishes, your hands and your dishes are clean so there is no a possible cause for getting foodborne.

When you use the meat slicer without cleaning could be there some microbes that come from the food waste in the slicer. Those microbes can go to the meat and after that to your body! that's how you can get foodborne.

Preparing salad and after doing the dishes is nothing to worry about ... the salad is already done!

Using tongs to handle raw meat is not problem if they get clean after somebody use them. Using hands for ready to eat food is no problem if you have washed your hands.
