The statement which is not true is B. Growth of muscles in preschool years is relatively fast compared to the growth of infants and teens.

Quite the opposite is true, actually - it is slower that the growth of muscles in infants and teens. It is because infants and teens already have most of their muscles formed, so there is not much to do in the years between.
