    Food is one of major factor which can be effected to climate. Too much rainfall, a hot spell or cold snap at the wrong time like flooding and storms can have a significant effect on local crop yields and livestock production.

    therfore,

    Seasons have significant affect on amount of food that is available due to which population of deer will decrease.

    hence the right answer is A) The deer population will decrease
