    Animals and plants require a specific amount or level of essential materials for there growth and development into a more adult form or phase, as there are different factors which influence the over all growth of the cells in order to make it look like more of a adult being. While, adolescents is the maturity stage for the different species inside the environment. Sufficient amount of these elements for the growth of these species or organisms may lead to the formation to a more developed form of the specific specie. There however many complications faced by the different species during their growth phase as they develop into a more developed form of specie to produce like there own and have an optimum level of materials them selves for there own survival inside the region or environment. Some of these complications which they might face are as follows: Adolescents require more nutrition during puberty to support bone and muscle growth. Female adolescents require increased calcium and protein during menstruation. Adolescents who do not receive adequate nutrition increase the risk of pubertal onset.
