    False

Human height is not a sex linked character instead it is a polygenic character that is it is affected by several different genes acting in tandem with different inhibitors and promoters, furthermore it is also an epigenetic trait as it has strong environmental influences on it too.

Many separate genes contribute to the human height, so it is the example of polygenic inheritance. Still, height is not sex linked trait. Sex linkage means that the expression of an allele is dependent on the gender. Height could not be a sex linked trait since both men and women have height, but the variations exist. Difference between men and women regarding the height is the consequence of the sex hormones on the height.
