Jim, who was 60, couldn't understand why he kept slowly gaining weight. he wasn't eating any more than usual, and he maintained his regular exercise routine. what explains his weight gain?

    Actually in this scenario, Jim at the age of 60, would be experiencing a lot cholesterol problems, along with some the medical reasons related to harmones & testosterone related problems, then loss of muscle mass is another important reason for his weight gain.
