Older flocks (more than 20 weeks of age) that are able to lay eggs are able to east the most. They need protein, calcium and other vitamins and minerals that encourages top tier egg laying abilities.

The baby chicks eat the least. They can live comfortably on a diet that includes protein dense variety of chicken feed designed to meet their dietary requirements and water for the first 6 weeks of their life before progressing onto grower feed.
