    Explanation:

    In eukaryotes DNA synthesis and transcription occurs inside the membrane bound nucleus. The message contained in the DNA is transcribed to mRNA a process called Transcription which occur inside the nucleus. The product of transcription is a mRNA transcript which is transported to the cytoplasm where it is translated into proteins a process called translation.

    Protein translation occurs in the Ribosome and endoplasmic reticulum which are found in the cytoplasm of the cell.
