Answer and explanation; The main difference between potato, tomato and onion cell and human cell is that the potato, tomato and onion cells are plant cells with a cell wall made up of cellulose whereas the human cheek cell is an animal cell without a cell wall. Potato, tomato and onion cells have a small nucleus and a large vacuole as compared to human cheek cells which has a large prominent nucleus, and many several, small nucleus. Potato. tomato and onion cells have a brick-like, regular shaped cell, while human cheek cells are rounded shape.

Cheek cells are animal eukaryotic cells, while tomato, potato and onion cells are eukaryotic plant cells.

So, to know the difference between them, it is enough to compare between an animal and vegetal cell.

The plant cells and animal cells can be differentiated by their shape and their organelles.

Both are eukaryotes, but the presence of components like the chloroplasts, cell wall, and vacuoles are specific of plant cells and absent in animal cells.

The size of the plant cells are larger and the shape more regular than the animal cell.
