Fats are broken into saturated fats and unsaturated fats. Which of these explains the difference between saturated and unsaturated fats?

    they are liquids at room temperature

    in saturated fats, there are only single bonds between C atoms. but in unsaturated fats, there are double and triple bonds between C atoms
