Breah should reduce her intake of cholesterol. Breah appears to be underestimating the effect that a diet high in cholesterol can have on her health. Breah will notice an improvement in her health by following these guidelines.

Following the guidelines for Americans 2010, Breah should reduce her cholesterol intake to less than 300 mg per day.

She can do that with medication but that's not the first treatment. The best treatment to start is changing her lifestyle: changing to healthier fats (like olive oil), don't consume trans fats, eat food rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, eat soluble fiber and add whey protein or casein (found in the eggs) to her diet.
