    The answer would be Fructose. It is a carbohydrate molecule. Btw, a hopeful way of figuring out if it's an organic compound is that they consist of Carbon, Hydrogen, and Oxygen. Fructose is the only compound that his these 3 elements I listed above.

    I think its either water or fructose, not sure though
