The option which is not a benefit of cool down activities is B. maximal lightheadedness, whereas reduced muscle soreness, injury prevention, and gradually reduced heart rate are.

Lightheadedness is rarely a good thing to feel because it means there is a lack of blood in your brain and you feel as if you were going to faint. So it would definitely not be an advantage of any type of exercise or activity. If it does happen, however, you can fix it by lying down for a moment to return the blood to the brain.
