Describe the process of a protein leaving a cell, starting with mRNA leaving the nucleus through a nuclear pore.

    protein synthesis involes two processes transcription and translation.

    During translation, double-stranded DNA in the nucleus is copied into single-stranded messenger RNA (mRNA). mRNA travels from the nucleus to the ribosomes in the cytoplasm to deliver intruction on how to make protein from genes.

    During translation, transfer RNA (tRNA) carries amino acids to the ribosome to make the protein.
