During transport of a shooting victim, you see tracheal shifting to the right and progressive neck vein distention. which finding would you most likely see accompanying these signs to indicate a tension pneumothorax requiring immediate attention?

    Tension pneumothorax is known to be a lethal condition that is accompanied by lung damage or bronchiole allowing air to enter the chest cavity. Thus, th more air enters the pleural space result into pressure buildup which causes collapse of the affected lung. However, the signs that indicate a tension pneumothorax is the absent of breathing sounds on the right, distended neck veins and tracheal deviation to the left.
