Chronic kidney failure (or chronic kidney disease)

    Explanation:

The main complication related to decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is chronic kidney failure (also known as chronic kidney disease).

In the first two stages of the disease (with GFR generally varying between 90ml/min to 60ml/min), it may go unnoticed. This occurs because it does not always present apparent symptoms during these phases (however, it may present hypertension from the first stage).

In the third stage of chronic kidney disease (with a GFR between 45 and 59), patients can usually present symptoms such as high blood pressure, fluid retention and changes in urinary pattern.
