    There are diseases that are carried from one person to another by sharing the same food, water and body fluids. If an infected person shares food with a non infected person the germs and bacteria that are present on his hands will carry the disease. There are several diseases that are water borne. These are spread through poor sewage systems or the water droplets in the air in which an infected person breathes. Body fluids can be the mucus from the nose of the flu, the spit of an infected person or sexual discharge that can cause STDs to a non infected person.
