Fat is also good for your brain because your brain is made of fat and your brain controls all your activities

Everyone needs some fat to stay warm, store energy for cells, and protect internal organs. Too much and too little fat is not good, as they can cause lots of harm to your overall health. Having a bit of fat in your body can prevent injury and keep your overall health in good shape.
