Abnormal meiosis or cell divisions would result to abnormalities or genetic disorders like sickle cell anemia, cancers, and physical deformity. This occurs when cells don’t undergo the proper phases of cell division. The results are irreversible and oftentimes people who experience this have shorter lifespans compared to others.
