    The answer would be Henry law

    Dalton law is about partial pressure. Charles law about temperature and volume. Henry law is about the relation of pressure and volume. Henry law telling about the relation of pressure and solubility of the gas.

    Decompression sickness that shown in this patient should be related to Henry law. When the diver comes out of the sea, the pressure is decreased thus the gas solubility is decreased too. This cause some of the gas stop forming solution, become free and forming a bubble.
