    Hemophilia is a sex linked or X - linked recessive genetic disease. Both the X allele in a female must be hemophilic else the female would only be the carrier.

    Let's say if the genotype of a female is XhXh, where Xh signifies affected allele then the female will be having Hemophilia

    If any of the X allele in a female 's genotype is unaffected, then the female will be just a carrier. Thus, such a female would have XHXh, where XH signifies unaffected allele.

    Like wise a affected male will have XhY genotype.

    Thus, option B and E are correct.
