    Explanation:

    DNA is genetic material and is made of nucleotides. The sequence of three nucleotides is called codon. Each codon matches with a specific amino acid during protein synthesis. Three codons namely ochre (UAA), amber (UAG) and opal (UGA), do not codes for any amino acid. Thus these three codons are stop codons or nonsense codons. They give signal for end of protein synthesis
